Crosscheck of JVET-M0241 (CE9-related: A simple gradient calculation at the CU boundaries for BDOF)

Abstract
The cross checker reports that the source code provided by ETRI who proposes JVET-M0241 has been carefully analysed and has been found to be consistent with the description in JVET-M0241. The cross checker could reproduce the results reported in JVET-M0241. The difference from measured encoder and decoder run time ratios to those reported in JVET-M0241 is acceptable.
