This contribution reports simulation results of Pre-rotation followed by Adaptive Frame Packing(AFP) on Hybrid Equiangular Cubemap (HEC) implementation over 360Lib8.0 merged with VTM3.0. This test is implemented over test 1.1a (HEC with in-loop filters disabled) which shows gain of {-1.14%, -1.25%, -1.49%} over CTC anchor and {-1.13%, -0.96%, -1.36%} over CE anchor (test 1.1b), while it shows a gain of {-0.57%, -0.67%, -1.12%} over test 1.1a under 360 Common Test Condition (CTC) for E2EWSPSNR. Maximum gain is observed for Gaslamp sequence, which is around -2.78%.
