CE3: adaptive multiple cross-component linear model(Test 3.2.3 )

Abstract
This contribution presents the experimental results of adaptive multiple cross-component linear model under test 2.3 in CE3. This method was proposed in JVET-K0536. The results show that the proposed grouping mechanism provides 0.12% and 0.07% coding gain for Cb, Cr respectively while cause 0.01% loss for luma with VTM all intra configuration and 0.00%, 0.03% and 0.01% coding loss with VTM random access configuration.
