CE3: Adaptive inter-residual prediction (CE3-5.7.2)

Abstract
This contribution presents results of a core experiment CE3-5.7.2 included CE3 (JVET-K1023). BD-rates for luma and chroma (Y, U, V) are (-0.14, -2.64%, -2.96%), (-0.02, -2.36%, -2.25%), and (-0.01, -0.88%, -1.74%) under the CTC AI, RA, and LDB conditions respectively compared to VTM. Anchor. In a similar way, BD-rates for luma and chroma (Y, U, V) are (-0.12, -2.83, -2.82), (-0.01, -2.57%, -2.28%), and (0.03, -1.11%, -1.48%) under the CTC AI, RA, and LDB conditions respectively comparing to the BMS anchor.
