CE6: AMT with reduced transform types (Test1.5)

Abstract
This contribution presents a technology of reduced AMT transform types described in CE 6.1.5. The proposed method uses two kernel types defined as DCT-8 and DST-7 without intra mode dependency. Testing results on the proposed method show 3.3%, 2.1%, and 1.5% BD rate savings on average for All Intra (AI), Random Access (RA), and Low Delayed B (LDB) configurations, respectively, compared to VTM1.1, and 0.2%, 0.1%, and 0.0% BD rate loss on average for AI, RA, and LDB configurations, respectively, compared to BMS1.1.
