This contribution reports the results of CE2.5.3 non-local in-loop filter called Noise Suppressor Filter (NSF). Proposed filter is applied after SAO filter and before ALF. The NSF can be applied for both luma and chroma components in one test or for luma component only in another. It is reported that for the random access configuration applying filter for luma and chroma components NSF achieves 1.03% Y BD-rate saving, 2.04% Cb BD-rate saving and 1.89% Cr BD-rate saving with 100% encoding time and 134% decoding time compared to VTM 1.0. For luma-only NSF shows 0.99% Y BD-rate saving with 100% encoding time and 123% decoding time.
