AHG9: Crosscheck of CNN filter in JVET-I0022 as in-loop filter and post-processing filter

Abstract
This is a crosscheck report, which includes two parts. The first part reports the crosscheck results of JVET-I0022 on employing CNNF as in-loop filter. The second part test the experimental results of CNNF in JVET-I0022 as out-of-loop filter.
