JVET-G0058 AHG8: Reference picture extension of ACP format 360-degree video [M. Coban, G. Van der Auwera, M. Karczewicz (Qualcomm)]

Reference picture extension could also be done on-the-fly at the decoder. For ACP, this might be more complex than for CMP (nonlinear equation). However it is done, it would require normative decoder change. The extension width/height used was 64 samples, which requires approx. 23% increase of reference pixel count.
