AHG8: Cross-check of JVET-E0070 on TSP Evaluation with Viewport-Aware Quality Metric for 360 Video

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-check results of JVET-E0070 [1] on TSP evaluation with viewport-aware quality metric for 360 video. Compared with the results provided by the proponent, the bitrates and windowed S-PSNR values of TSP are mismatch between ours and provided by the proponent, but the values are very close. The simulation results of DCP2 are the same with those provided by the proponent.
