JVET-AQ0111 AHG9: On the generalized depth information SEI message [J. Xu, Y.-K. Wang (Bytedance)]
This document proposes the following items to the generalized depth information (GDI) SEI message in the TuC:
1) Remove nadpi_persistence_flag from the syntax.
2) Clarify what happens when both a GDI SEI message and a depth representation information (DRI) SEI message are present.
3) Change the semantics of the persistence so that it does not need to check nadpi_cancel_flag.
4) Specify the value range for nadpi_depth_representation_type.
5) Specify minVal and maxVal according to the signal range.

Item 5 proposes to change min and max values based on full range flag. It is noted that this would differ from the pre-existing DRI SEI. Further study.
