Abstract
Following is asserted bug-fixes are proposed related to Neural-network Post-filter (NNPF) in VSEI TuC:

Following is asserted bug-fixes are proposed related to Neural-network Post-filter (NNPF) in VSEI TuC:
- Proposal 1: Asserted bug-fix is proposed in AccessOutputVersions process for chroma extraction when nnpfc_output_order_idc is equal to 2 or 3.
- Proposal 2: Asserted bug-fix is proposed related to the calculation of xSrc variable when nnpfc_output_order_idc is equal to 3 to fix the resolution correctly for interleaved 4:2:0.
It is proposed to add the proposed bug-fixes to the TuC.
This contribution is related to the multiple instance feature of NNPF.
Agreed to add proposal 1 and 2 to TuC.
It is noted that software would be useful.
