This contribution presents an implementation of the Gaussian Splatting Information (GSI) SEI message syntax, as defined in document JVET-AO0180. The processing pipeline has been integrated into a Python framework that manages the end-to-end encoding and decoding of video-based 3DGS scenes. The integration and transport of SEI messages have been added in three reference software: HM (HM-18.0), HM-SCM (HM-16.21+SCM-8.8), and VTM (VTM-23.11). This document details the developed software architecture, the encoding configurations used, and the experimental results obtained. It is proposed to use this version of the software as a starting point for collaborative work within the JVET.
