This contribution presents the results of the EE2 Test 1.3 of applying a clipping operation on the Chroma sample prediction of the different Cross-Component Convolutional Model variants present in ECM-19.1. In this test, the clipping range is computed from the minimum and maximum values extracted from the reference area containing the Chroma samples used for the model determination and they are then modified according to some characteristics of the sample values of this reference area.
