Crosscheck of JVET-AN0195 (EE1-3.5: Retrained DRF in NNVC-14.0)

Abstract
This contribution reports the inference and training crosschecks of JVET-AN0195, EE1-3.5[1]. JVET-AN0195 presents the int16 RA model of the large Deep Generation Frame Generation network which was first introduced in JVET-AM0175[2]. This model (JVET-AM0175) was adopted into the NNVC 14 software during the 39th JVET meeting.
