Abstract
This document reports the outcome of the informal viewing of JVET-AM0078 [1]. The viewing was made as an A-B test on the two lowest bitrate points of AHG 17 test content classes that use random access configuration. The viewing indicates a clear preference for JVET-AM0045 [2] rather than JVET-AM0078 which also include JVET-AM0045.
