Abstract
This document presents a cross-check of the input document JVET-AM0078 (AHG17: Suggestion to enable DMVR encoder control for VTM anchor). The document proposes to enable special encoder control to avoid encoding artifacts sometimes generated by using the fully implicit DMVR algorithm for the generation of Call for Evidence bitstreams in AHG17.
