Crosscheck of JVET-AM0216 (AHG12: Fixes for 12-bit internal bit depth in ECM)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-AM0216 [1], which proposes fixes for 12-bit internal bit depth in ECM-17.0 mainly caused by some CCCM-based tools. The simulation results match with those provided in JVET-AM0216.
