EE2-1.2a/b/c: TIMD-BV extension with enhanced IntraTMP merge list

Abstract
This contribution presents simulation results for the EE2-1.2a, 1.2b, and 1.2c, which are the TIMD-BV extension and the enhanced IntraTMP merge list. This contribution proposes using block vectors for TIMD mode on top of the TIMD/TIMD-SAD mode. Moreover, an enhanced IntraTMP merge list is introduced in order to fully explore the potential of the IntraTMP-merge list. The test has been further divided into 3 subtests:
