EE2-3.4: Joint reordering of GPM split modes and partition indices

Abstract
This contribution reports the simulation results of EE2-3.4. In this test, the performance of jointly reordering the split modes and motion information of the GPM modes with template matching is evaluated. In Test 3.4a, one extra flag is introduced to switch between the proposed and the existing GPM reordering methods. In Test 3.4b, the existing GPM reordering is replaced with proposed method such that no extra signalling is needed. On top of ECM16.1, simulation results of Test 3.4a and Test 3.4b are reported as below:
