EE2-2.8 c/d/e/f: Combination of 2.6 and 2.7

Abstract
This contribution presents simulation results for the combination of two TIMD related EE2 tests, namely 2.6 and 2.7. EE2 test 2.6 is an additional TIMD mode with different cost metric whereas 2.7 is about disabling combination of TIMD with ISP and MRL modes. Proposed method is a straightforward combination of the two tests. It is reported that the performance of the proposed method against ECM-14.0 anchor is measured as:
