This contribution reports the test results of EE2-5.4 which proposes the coding information based classification for Adaptive Loop Filter (ALF). There are 3 subtests (5.4a, 5.4b and 5.4c) that are included inside EE2-5.4. In EE2-5.4a, the partitioning information is introduced to associate the classification of online filters of ALF. In EE2-5.4b, the partitioning information and residual information are introduced into the classification of offline filters of ALF. The EE2-5.4c combines the first 2 subtests.
