EE2-2.19c: a combination of EE2.19a and EE2.19b

Abstract
This contribution reports the test results of EE2-2.19c, which is a combination of EE2-2.19a and EE2-2.19b. Both EE2-2.19a and EE2-2.19b aim to improve the coding performance of EIP, where EE2-2.19a proposes a multi-model method for EIP and may allow applying two extrapolation filters in a coding unit, and EE2-2.19b introduces a block-vector guided EIP method.
