Crosscheck of JVET-AI0141 (EE2-2.4c: Combination of EE2 tests 2.2 and 2.4a)
Abstract
This is the crosscheck of the EE2 Test 2.4c reported in JVET-AI0141, which combines all EE Tests 2.2 and 2.4a features. Additionally, a block vector-based TIMD predictor is allowed in the newly proposed TIMD mode in the same manner as it is deployed in TIMD. The crosscheck results match the BD rate reported by the proponents, with slight runtime differences.
