Abstract
This contribution reports the experiment results of EE2-3.4. It proposes to add scaled merge candidates, TMVP candidates with alternative reference indices, and TMVP candidates based on motion trajectory crossing the current block. The proposed method was implemented on top of ECM-13.0 and the test results are as follows:
