[AHG13] Performance of denoisers on Film Grain ground truth test set

Abstract
This document presents results of an initial evaluation using several different denoisers on the film grain content introduced in JVET-AF0262. Denoisers are evaluated using the “ground truth” approach described in JVET-AE0251. Several open source denoisers that are available in the FFMpeg software were evaluated using metrics like PSNR, MS-SSIM, and VMAF-NEG.
