It is asserted that video content use in artificial intelligence (AI) based process is lacking clear guidelines and / or constraints. For example, given a coded bitstream, it is still unclear whether they may be used for training of AI models. It is also asserted that copyright information may not cover the aspect about AI usage guidelines / constraints.
