EE2-4.1: Multiple Transform Set Selection for LFNST/NSPT

Abstract
This contribution reports the test results of EE2-4.1. In this test, the multiple transform set selection (MTSS) method for intra blocks coded with LFNST/NSPT is investigated. The focus of this test is to reduce the encoding time while maintaining the coding gain. Three sub-tests are included in the report.
