AhG14 SADL update

Abstract
This contribution presents updates in the Small AdHoc Deep Learning (SADL) library. The update contains both some fixes and new features.

Alignment of kMAC/pxl reported by SADL aligned with analytic evaluation.

PreLU and CONV2 optimizes, resulted in speed up for LOP ×1.3 and ×4.5 (AVX2)/ ×1.2 (AVX512), conversion ONNX from SADL made cleaner.

A speed up of both LOP and HOP in the AhG14 report is expected at the next meeting.
