Crosscheck of JVET-AF0060 (AHG8: An exemplar software implementation for temporal resampling for VCM)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-AF0060 [1], which proposes an exemplar software implementation for temporal resampling for VCM. The simulation results match with those provided in JVET-AF0060, in terms of exact same bitrates and reasonable variance range of task performance caused by the deep learning models used for temporal resampling and evaluation.
