Crosschek of JVET-AF0151 (EE2 related: CABAC parameters retraining)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-check results for JVET-AF0151, in which the CABAC contexts initializations are retrained. The cross-check has been done for AI, RA, LB and LP configurations. As of the first version of this document, the reported rate-distortion results are identical to those provided by the proponents. The run-times have not been crosschecked.
