EE1-1.2.6: On flipping of input and output of model in NNVC HOP filter

Abstract
This contribution reports the results of EE1-1.2.6. In EE1-1.2.6, flipping operations applied to the inputs and output of the NNVC HOP filter neural network are proposed to further improve the coding performance. The simulation results are summarized as follows:
