Crosscheck of JVET-AE0162(AHG11/AHG14: Fix MS-SSIM calculation for SR)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-check results of JVET-AE0162 (AHG11/AHG14: Fix MS-SSIM calculation for SR), which proposed to fix the MS-SSIM calculation problem for NNSR. The completed results can match the data from proponent’s, while there are still fourth decimal(0.0001) difference probably due to different rounding method.
