This input document reports the results of applying new RPR filters for scale factors 1.25x and 1.33x, which is tested in EE2-3.7a and EE2-3.7b. New filters are used for luma, chroma and affine. The same filters are used for both 1.25x and 1.33x. The reported average BD-Rate difference (Y/U/V) for EE2-3.7a (1.25x) is -0.77%/-0.64%-0.55% for PSNR1 and -0.76%/-0.40%-0.40% for PSNR2. The reported average BD-Rate difference (Y/U/V) for EE2-3.7b is -2.09%/-1.24%-1.21% for PSNR1 and -2.02%/-1.35%-1.27% for PSNR2. In the first version of this document the average numbers for EE2-3.7b (1.33x) did not include BasketballDrive and BQTerrace, as these results were still awaited. These average numbers for EE2-3.7b (1.33x) have been updated in the second version of this document to include all sequences.
