Crosscheck of JVET-AC0167 (AHG12: Using block vector derived from IntraTMP as an IBC candidate for the current block)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck result of JVET-AC0167 [1] (AHG12: Using block vector derived from IntraTMP as an IBC candidate for the current block) proposed by Ofinno. The verification simulation was run for AI and RA configuration. The software used for the crosscheck was received from the proponent and it is verified the implementation is matched with the description of JVET-AC0167.
