EE2-1.13 and 1.14: CCCM using non-downsampled luma samples

Abstract
This contribution reports results of EE2 Test 1.13 and Test 1.14, where CCCM using non-downsampled luma samples, i.e. chroma samples are directly predicted from the reconstructed luma samples without downsampling, is tested. The tested methods were implemented on top of ECM-7.0, and the simulation results are summarized as follows:
