This contribution reports the EE1-1.3 results of JVET-AB0158[1]. A chroma order adjustment method was proposed based on JVET-AA0088[2] to further improve the coding performance of Filter Set #0. In JVET-AA0088, the chroma information including U and V components are parts of the inputs/outputs to the neural network. JVET-AB0158 proposed to allow the input/output order switch between the U and V components at the frame level. The switch is signaled at frame level. On top of the NNVC3.0 anchor with the activation of specific Filter Set, it is reported that the proposed method can further improve the coding efficiency, {Y, U, V, EncT, DecT}, shown as follows:
