This document reports results for EE2-3.4 on the modifications of the IBC AMVP list construction based on clustering the block vector predictors according to the L2 distance between the candidates and selecting one candidate per cluster based on the TM cost. Likewise related to the IBC AMVP mode, if the Reconstruction-Reordered IBC (RRIBC) mode is selected, two new BVP candidates are determined, and the sign of the non-null BVD component is inferred at the decoder side. This method is extended to any BVs having one null component, regardless of whether it uses the RRIBC mode.
