EE2-1.7: IBC Adaptation for Camera-Captured Content

Abstract
This is a test report for the EE2 test 1.7, i.e. IBC adaptation for camera-captured content. Compared with ECM-5.0, the overall BD-rates (Y/U/V) and EncT/DecT for All Intra are -0.90/-0.98/-1.01/130%/101%. When applying the same encoder change to VTM-11.0ecm, the corresponding BD-rate (Y/U/V) and EncT/DecT compared with the VTM11.0ecm anchor are -0.53/-0.51/-0.51/160%/101%.
